Refunds via Paddle

All purchases on lolkv.com are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy, which always applies to your purchase.

14-day right to a refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

• Use the link in the receipt email you received from Paddle, or visit paddle.net.
• Contact us with your name, the email address used for the purchase, and the product you would like refunded. We will forward the request to Paddle.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund has been issued, your access to the relevant product will cease. This means your download key will be deactivated, you will no longer receive updates, and access to technical support for the refunded product will end. You are expected to uninstall the extension from your site(s).

Your statutory rights

Where local consumer law provides stronger protection than the terms above, the highest level of rights will always apply. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have.
